This is a challenging sport for individuals, teams, and large groups. It may take a little trial and error to find out exactly where you fit in, but if you love paintballing, you DO fit in somewhere. You lean against a cement wall. Your heart is pounding, you’re breathing hard, and you’re sweating. Your eyes are darting in every direction.
Paintballing excites.
While running, you slow down, turn and shoot. You hear the familiar “splat” as you’re sliding in the dirt, stopping when you’re behind the crate and its protective walls.
Paintballing requires skill and quick thinking.

You take a deep breath and you run full speed, across a clearing, towards a broken shipping crate. Your finger is on the trigger with controlled pressure.
Paintballing is fast paced.
Your thighs ache as you crouch down behind a broken down rusty truck. You force your body to be silent.
Paintballing pushes your physical limitations.
Your team starts yelling and you see them running towards you. You realize you took out the last opponent on your way to the way the crate.
Paintballing takes teamwork.
You jump up, let out a victory shout, and slap your teammates on the back. Next you shake your opponents hand as you recall when you were on the other side of victory.
Paintballing is competitive and develops sportsmanship.
You gather up your gear, guzzle some water down, and tear open a bag of chips as you walk back to the cars. You are sweaty, tired, and sore, but you are ready to go out again next weekend. You and your teammates exchange the play-by-plays of the afternoon.
